Energy Gel?  
Yes, they have energy gel now. And we got samples in, and of course one of the lab guys had to try it. Apparently it taste like chalky carboard but slightly sweet and it feels like a packet of snot wrapped in foil. Whats next?

ha ha yeeeeah! i remember when they first came out with that on the biking circuit back in, mebbe, '99 or something. it came in tubes like toothpaste and tasted like absolute ass!
one guy on my dad's relay team called them "squirrel guts" when he first squeezed some out and the name stuck. :p
